Tricia Godfrey founded K12 Lucidity Education Consulting after serving students, families and educators for 20 years as an elementary and secondary teacher, principal, vice principal and liaison to schools. As a district administrator she developed and directed after-school programming for students, staff and families and monitored state and federal grant programs for school sites. While staying connected to the classroom on a weekly basis, she coaches and offers professional development and support for all stakeholders, including students, teachers, administrators, staff and parent organizations.
From the philanthropic and non-profit sectors Ms. Godfrey served as education liaison to Santa Barbara County schools in support of school wellness programs and school gardens. She worked with charter and public schools grant-writing and ensuring school programming alignment with education code and funding requirements. Establishing and nurturing relationships between people and organizations is her driving focus.
